Follow Your Feet
these words wedged themselves into my bone and marrow years ago and have been somersaulting in me ever since. where your feet take you that is who you are. simple and yet profound that our feet would take us places that reveal the truth of the reality of us. that the places my feet take me attribute that I place value on them because I am actually there. my feet have led me to places of destruction where I have constructed masks and built walls to keep the world outside me as far outside as possible. they have led me to places of hope where I learned to trust and believe that maybe there is more out there and we can actually love and care for each other. they have led me deeper into the depths of how we function and interact with ourselves and the world around us which is where I hope you will go too. where your feet take you that is who you are. my hope is that the words you will hold in your hand will lead you into the remembrance that you are abundantly free. follow your feet.
Vision
to walk with humans in such a way to help cultivate the truer and wilder story in each of us through the means of spiritual direction, reiki, human design and by putting words in the hands of people that lead them to wrestle with and understand who they are and their place in this place we call the universe we live in.
Execution

a native Texan who has moseyed her way up north. in the mountains she found life and healing and a whole lot of wrestling with who she is and what she's made of. everyday provides a new story and depth of understanding. her heart beats for laughter and freedom and the dirt of life, the hard and holy places are where joy is found. she is absolutely honored that you would consider journeying with her and you showing up is the greatest gift. she studied psychology and child and family studies at Baylor University for her undergrad. in 2017 she graduated from Denver Seminary with a masters in christian formation and soul care. and in 2023 she got certified in human design and reiki I & II.
